I had a bad resonator on my Acadia, because of supply issues it was impossible to find the exact one for that model, another muffler chain said there was nothing they could do,when I went to Midas Livonia and talked to Ralph the manager he assured me they could get something close and fabricate the rest which is exactly what they did, their technicians are highly skilled and did a great job, I would highly recommend this location for all auto repair

Had the front end in my Raptor replaced, very good and quick service and friendly staff. Only issue was when I put the truck in 4x4 it made a huge clunk noise that hadn't happened before. Reaching out to the store and I'm confident they will look into the issue.

Tow car in, they said need new transmission and thermostat $6300 or so, used transmission 60,000 miles for $2500 I sad I could get a new rebuild for that, there reply was they like the old junkyard trans and if I get them the rebuild they would not warranty larber. I felt that this was going nowhere so I'd pick the car and that's when they told me I owed them $200 for there time? I said I was not told it would cost me $ to look at the car they cried about there time and admit that they did not tell me that it would cost $. I felt held up!!! I agree to Pay them $160 they said I had to pick it up that day or it would cost me the $200. Do your self a favor and don't get caught up in the spiders web that I did. When I got car back it was missing some parts they said they would get them back and after four phone calls they suggested to get the nuts for the eng cover myself. Save your self don't go there.

Someone commented how their jeep needed Headlights replaced and the labor was high I don’t think people are aware that you have to remove the bumper to do a lot of those jeeps due to the way it was manufactured, it’s not an easy job and most times the labor should be probably be more due to what you have to go through in order to replace just the headlights, especially if both are out, you can’t just remove one side it’s literally removing the whole bumper, air box, etc….. so before you go claiming somewhere is a scam or rip off maybe look into what the job actually requires. Googling the process takes two seconds, trying to make a business look bad because you aren’t aware of the process is just selfish and evil.

I had a great experience at Midas! Brad and Mike were amazing—they did an excellent job changing my battery and getting me set up with a set of quality tires at a great price. Their customer service was top-notch: professional, friendly, and super helpful from start to finish. They also told me about their payment plan options, which I was approved for, and it made everything so much more manageable. My vehicle was serviced with care, and I truly felt like they had my best interest in mind. Big thanks to Brad and Mike—I highly recommend this location!
